PRIMROSE

Why am I so passionate?

I used to believe I was going to be a writer. I can see imagery and stories unfolding so clearly in my mind, I'm a day dreamer if you will. I used stories in my mind and English class to let my imagination run free.

I never became a writer per say, however, before each wedding, photoshoot, or just for fun, I still dream up and envision a story in my head for how I want to capture this day. Instead of writing these thoughts down on paper though, I capture them in photographs. I capture your moments and emotions and write your story through my images. When you look at your gallery, I want you to be able to see yourself through my eyes like you're reading your love story captured in my images.

I'm also a mom of two small kiddos. Watching them grow, has showed me how fleeting each stage of our lives can be. It's also shown me how important it is to capture life's stories because one day, all we will have of these times is our memories and photos. That's why I try so hard to learn and document your story, to retell it through my gallery.

Some other fun facts about me is that, I'm a lover of old world architecture and vintage decor with an eclectic flair and a passion for all things creative. I'm also an adventure lover, my husband and I have always led to travel and photograph our adventures. From Central Texas, to National Parks we're always looking for new places to explore.

"I cannot rave enough about our elopement experience with Brooke & her husband Conagher. I miraculously stumbled upon Primose Wedding & Adventure Photography’s page on Facebook while searching for an elopement photographer for Big Bend National Park. After viewing their page and looking at their work, I just had a really good feeling. I met Brooke via Zoom and she was the most down to earth and helpful person that we desperately needed in that time. She worked with our budget and I never felt pressured to do anything we didn’t want to. The cherry on top was it not being their first rodeo in the Big Bend area, which helped us relax knowing they were in town for a while and scoped out all the areas we were going beforehand. We genuinely had fun working with them and they made our elopement weekend so special. I truly feel like we gained new friends through this experience. If you’re on the fence about a photographer, elopement or not, Primrose Wedding & Adventure Photography is the way to go!!!" -Tenisha H.
