When you think of a Whitefish Mountain Resort wedding, you probably picture breathtaking mountain views. Crisp alpine air, and a sense of adventure is woven into every moment on Big Mountain. Facing Fears and Chasing Views: Katrina & Cody’s Adventure
Katrina & Cody’s adventure session was all about embracing the moment and making memories together. Even though both admitted to a fear of heights, they were determined to ride the gondola and ski lift to the top of Big Mountain for their portraits. Their courage paid off—the views were absolutely worth it!
We laughed, encouraged each other, and celebrated every step of the way. At the summit, the wind played with Katrina’s hair while the mountains stretched endlessly behind them. Joy was written all over their faces. As a sweet sign of luck, a ladybug landed on Cody’s jacket—echoing the one that visited Katrina on her wedding morning!
Katrina’s Words About the Experience
“Since we didn’t have engagement photos, Brooke instead offered an ‘Adventure Session,’ where we faced our fear of heights together and rode a gondola and ski lift in Whitefish, Montana. She captured the most stunning images of us overlooking the mountains—an experience I’ll never forget.”
